The coach house pad is covered with plastic, the trenches are dug, sewer pipes are in place awaiting an inspection, and sections of the lot are being leveled.
While all the work on our lot was being done, our next door neighbors were working also, assembling a new grill. Looks to me like Roger was the only one working with Chuck and Bob watching and I am sure telling him what to do.
Soon Bob did lend a helping hand.
Before we knew it, Roger was done and proudly showing off his assembled grill.
After lunch our sewer lines passed inspection, so then the rebar could be placed in trenches and also on the pad surface.
Looks like all is set for a concrete pour tomorrow (Fri).
